With various membership levels, you can access a private Facebook group, focused live training, bonus resources & training library, and 121 mentoring calls, where I serve as your mentor. These meetings serve as accountability touchpoints, keeping you focused and on track. 1. General Coaching Packages

Available individually or as part of money-saving packages, these can be acquired anytime.

These multipurpose coaching packages offer versatile support and can be adapted to various needs, challenges, and stages of your business journey.

If you are a new tutor, I can help you identify your motivation and reasons for starting a tutoring business. Group or individual sessions?

The choice between group or individual sessions depends on the sensitivity of the programme’s content. Any programme involving highly sensitive business information will always be in the individual format.

3. Mentoring Calls

1. Standard Coaching Package

This is the gold-standard method of accessing coaching support, whether you are new to tuition or already trading but need help making changes.

For £399, you will get two 120-minute 121 Coaching Calls with me, Judy Brice.

The calls can be recorded for you to refer back to afterwards so that you don’t have to try to remember everything we have discussed.

Totalling four hours of live coaching, workpacks, email and Google Forms accountability tasks, and two detailed reports, including Your Roadmap to a Successful Business and Timeline for Business Development.

You will receive the Welcome Pack as soon as you complete your purchase. The link to book your calls is also in the Welcome Pack, and the link to the first Google Form is a Pre-Discovery Call Questionnaire. Once you book your call and complete the Google Form, you will receive the 5-stage Discovery Call Workbook to help you fine-tune your ideas and feelings about your tuition business and give you the clarity to make the right decisions and implement the right strategies for you and your business.

After each call, you will receive a clear and visual follow-up document by email, summarising our discussion and providing any additional suggestions that have occurred to me afterwards or that I have specifically researched for you.

Focused Coaching Programmes

The first of these programmes, the ’10 Days to Discover Your Tutoring Strengths’ Coaching Programme, was delivered individually because we were working on highly sensitive plans for the future of your business. This programme is designed to help you attract students and is aligned with your teaching style, strengths, and ethos. It aims to build a tuition business that brings both accomplishment and financial stability.

Clients may have already started their venture and potentially been operating for several years. However, this programme is for those who constantly feel that ‘something isn’t quite right…’

Do you constantly need help attracting enough students, or do you find that the students you do attract often present issues related to payment, cancellations, or frequent requests for discounts? It could be that you need help to reach high-quality clients who appreciate your skills and are prepared to pay a fair price for your expertise and experience.

In such cases, this programme will provide the necessary support to help you objectively identify the challenges you face in your business operations. I will provide focused guidance to pinpoint the steps you need to overcome these hurdles.

The first time I ran this programme, I ran it as a 10-day programme. However, very quickly, it became apparent that my clients needed more than ten days to implement the necessary changes at each step. I extended the programme to accommodate their needs. The next time I run this programme, it will be over a 2-month period to enable clients to make the most of the experience.

Future programmes, however, will differ from this approach. Potential group coaching programmes include:

• How to teach using manipulatives. A hybrid course with online learning and additional group calls for Q&As or workshops.
• How to teach maths online using effective hardware, software, and resources. Group calls for Q&As or workshops.
• How to set up effective onboarding and offboarding processes using automation and testimonials. This would involve resources plus group calls for Q&As or workshops.
• Neurodiversity training with additional group calls for Q&As or workshops.

Generally, if the pain point involves general teaching and learning concepts, I will run it in a group format with a cohort to add accountability and camaraderie. Peer support may be beneficial for the cohort to learn extra ideas not just from me but from each other. If the details of the pain point are specific to you and the inner workings of your business, it will be in an individual format.
